Al-Iman School is currently accepting Summer Camp applications. This four week program starts Monday June 10 and ends Friday July 5.

The Social & Welfare Committee will be utilizing the Multipurpose Hall for the entire month of Ramadan 2013 to offer Daily Iftar to the needy, travelers, singles and others in the Community.

However, all Sundays in Ramadan are kept open where the Multipurpose Hall will not be used for IAR Daily Iftar and instead will be made available on a first-come-first-serve basis to community members wishing to conduct their personal Iftar at IAR. Details

The IAR Raleigh Hajj group has chosen Adam Travel for handling our Hajj travel arrangements. Tentative dates for hajj travel are October 5 - 19.

Imam Sameh Asal will be the religious leader for the group and Br Muamar will be the logistics leader for a larger group organized by Adam Travel. Details | Hajj Form

We are seeking applications for Volunteer position of Chairperson of School Board at IAR. This position requires visionary leadership with consensus building strengths, strong interest in Islamic Education and the drive to take full-time schools at IAR to the next level. Details

We are grateful to Allah swt that Br Momen Khan completed his Hifdh of the Qur'an in May 2013.

This brings the number of students who have completed their Hifdh to thirteen since the school was established. Alhamdullilah.

The IAR Youth Director is organizing and leading a 16 day trip to California for our youth. The trip will take place from June 7 - 23 insha'Allah.

It will include a stop at the Grand Canyon and also include visits to major masajid across California with private halaqas arranged for the group with the shaikh of each Islamic center.

Throughout the trip there will be activities such as Qur'an halaqas, hiking, camping, adventuring, and visits to all major destinations and scenic stops throughout California. Application Form
