Player Membership Form for Junior Division (ages 9-13) and Senior Division (ages 14-18). The 2012 league season is from January 2012 to May 2012.

Membership Information

Membership Form must be submitted before Saturday December 17, 2011

Membership Fee should be submitted before Friday December 30, 2011

Membership Fee for both the Junior and Senior Division is $60.00 per player

Make checks payable to IAR GBL. We accept partial payments. We also accept payments via PayPal, please contact Sr April for more information.

We also have FAMILY PACKAGES which are offered to families interested in enrolling more than one child to the league. Please contact Sr April for more details.

Clinic Dates:

Junior division: 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM Saturday December 3, 2011

Senior division: 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM Saturday December 10, 2011
